This swimming thing is cool. What a work out. I can run for 3-5 hours and thats cool. BUT, swimming solid for 30minutes is brutally hard. I’m dying. I’m really hoping that this training for my first iron man is gonna help with my running across Canada. It sure feels like it. From a cardio point of view anyways. My coach is pretty cool. She had me busting my ass when I train, and relaxing when it’s time to relax. I’ve read that is the secret. Work hard and relax. Recover. So thats what were doing. Did a great ride today in the rain. That was fun. I felt kinda like Lance from his book. The rain is pouring and the wind is wipping but Im out there given er. Tomorrow has some morning weights with my long 12 hour day at work. Finally a easy day…cOOOl.
