Well I went to Ottawa with Casey. what a great time. Went Skating on the Canal. Which was great to see that I could still skate to some degree. i ran around the Otawa river the first day. Very cool. About 12 miles. Mostly trails and really snow packed. Traction was impossible at some times and the snow was so deep at others i was leaping just to keep moving.Great scenery, and views. I took lots of picturs which i am going to post soon. The second day I ran around the Canal. only about 10 miles and not a scenic or hard to run on being that hte paved trail is snow cleared all the way around. How ever it was much colder and i had a little problem with being underdressed in one important male area. But we made it. I missed the puppies though. Cant wait to take lex running today. In the snow……

Actualy I think Im sick…….sore throat and a really runny nose………Speaking of which, It made the first 5 miles outside with Lex shitty…..But I did get a lot of pics…as you can see on the link in the last post. So I managed a good stength traing workout while there……Did the whole stack for squats on the machine…480….Thankyou…..yes thank You………..im getting stronger every day…..Which is good for running……Well I think so……Talk to you soon.

Went running with lex on the trails. The snow was prety deep at times. Also stopped to take pictures periodically.see the picture link labled snowy run. Also, here’s the link from my GPS for the run. don’t laugh at my overall speed. Remember I stopped often and the snow was deep (knee high) in many spots.

Did just about 10 miles on the tread mill today. Felt awsome. i think the tread mill is all about your mind set. Its easy to get off anytime. Not like when your on an outdoor route and you have to get home. So you need to prepare your mind to stay on as long as you plan, and the speeds you plan too. its 90% mental. Thats all i had time for on my split from work. That all for now.
