Wow. Thats all i gotta say. I went snow Shoeing instead of Running. Hense all the snow. No need for injury. Anyways. Snow Shoeing is excellent run training. My legs were burning pretty much the whole time. Kinda like what its like when you do lunges and squats. Howver, your doing great cardio training too. Which is good for the endurance. My heart rate stayed around 160, which is high for me while running. Average speed was around 15-17 minute miles. For more info from the GPS/HR Monitor click on the link below. The snow was kinda crunchy, but the light stuff on top made it a tad more challenging. Had to cross one creek which was choice….lol Anyways, Off to grocery shop. Later

Worked a split today. Went to the Y on my break. Ran 6 miles then some core and my stretches. Not bad for only having an hour. Felt great. Off to bed. Later
