I know …its been a while since my last update……..great run today. Did some 5 k races…..last week 11th place…..only about 100 runners though. yesterday 149th out of 1200 runners. Great race…..

ate great today….veal, shrimp, chicken, veg and potatoes….yummy. Back again soon
